ABOUT
Raised in an Eritrean refugee community in Cambridge,MA. Eritrea Solomon was drawn to spending time exploring the cultures of her family as well as the other immigrant communities in the area. Understanding a variety of cultures, food, politics and migration turned into a life long passion, that was cultivated through her work as a photographer while building her report of global cuisines by working in notable kitchens in Boston and the DMV. Her last trip to Eritrea in 2019 led to the formation of Solomunna Supper Club ™ an immersive pop-up experience bringing the food traditions of Eritrea to the DMV.
